Do I need to register before buying goods at Impact Video?
You are however advised to register as this will make your future checkout process quicker and enable you to review your order history.
What payment methods do you have?
You can make payments using your credit card via Payfast as well as EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
If you choose to make use of the EFT function you have to use your order number as reference number.
Is my credit card details safe?
Yes, your credit card details go through a secure terminal and are never stored.
How long will my order take?
Your order will be processed within 72 hours after payment has been received.
Thereafter products will be dispatched and delivered within 5-7 working days.
Why can’t I collect my order?
Impact Video only offers 1 method of delivery of Goods to you and that is via courier service. We do not offer a self-collection option.
What if I receive the goods damaged?
It is Impact Video’s responsibility to ensure that you receive your order in good condition. If anything is damaged, please contact us and we will follow the process as set out in our returns policy to replace the product and return the faulty or damaged item. Please see our returns policy for more details.
What if I received the wrong item?
You should please notify Impact Video immediately and we will send our courier (at no additional cost) to collect the wrong item and deliver the correct one to you.
How can I receive newsletters containing specials and new arrivals?
