When returning a product, please mail your package to the address below. Carefully pack your return items in a box large enough to accommodate all the items and include your original Invoice in the box and seal it tightly. Please allow 2 – 4 business days for processing after we have received your return. After processing, you will receive an email detailing your Return Information.

- Your Return Shipment must be shipped within 14 days of the day your order shipped (the “Ship Date” on your invoice).
- You must fill out the Return Form in its entirety and include it with your Return..
- Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
- Opened items cannot be returned unless DEFECTIVE.
- Defective Items will be replaced with the same Item only. NO Refunds.
- ALL of the Original Packaging; Case, Booklets, Liner Notes, Bonus Discs, etc. MUST be included.
- We do NOT pay for postage on returns.
- Shipping Charges are not Refundable.
- International Customers are responsible for Duty Taxes and Shipping Charges if order is refused.
- Promotional Items cannot be Returned for any reason, unless Defective.
- Certain promotional sale items may be sold in sleeves without box art or cases. Those items are only eligible for Replacement; no Returns or Refunds.
- If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we may contact you via e-mail to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
- DVD’s will not be refunded if not returned in the original packaging
